1634-trial instructions for test administrators

Dear test administrator,

On the left you will find the training videos (+ instruction document CCAS/Schmahmann) and the posttest form needed in order to participate as test administrator in the 1634 trial. 

The documents prompt for a password. In case you do not have a password yet, please contact us at EORTCsupport@amsterdamumc.nl.
