Approximately twice a year PICA organizes a mini symposia, in which the dissemination of knowledge on a certain topic is central. These symposia can be attented by both VUmc employees as well as external collegaes. Hospital call center accessibility

On December 12th 2007 PICA organized their first mini-symposium on hospital call center accessibility. The theme was: " Improving the service level by learning from commercial call centers ".

Using MSExcel for Optimization of Healthcare processes

On June 11th 2008 PICA organized their 2nd mini-symposium with title: " Tools & Tricks for MSExcel for the Optimization of Healthcare Processes ". About 50 people attented the symposium.
